Terms and Conditions
All reservations are required and must be confirmed in advance prior to the date of your cruise as sailings availability and schedule changes may occur within short notice. All tours and cruises are dependent on a minimum amount of bookings and sailings may be cancelled if minimums are not reached. Arrival times for all cruises are approximate due to tide level fluctuations. Tours and cruises run rain or shine, unless extreme weather conditions compromise passenger safety. All rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to gst and 10% food service gratuity for individual bookings. Groups of 5 or more may be subject to a 15% gratuity charge. Tips and gratuities for Galley and Bar service are not included in all prices, but are payable at your discretion on board and are greatly appreciated. Promotional coupon offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Promotional 15% discount rates only valid until October 31st 2015.
Paddlewheeler Riverboat Tours reserves the right to cancel trip(s) if a minimum of 20 paid reservations is not met by cruise date. Schedule and fares are subject to change without notice. To confirm a reservation full fare must be paid at the time of booking.
If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure you can reschedule for a similar cruise if the new date selected is within 60 days, or receive a refund less a 15% service charge. No refunds or rescheduling can be done on cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure. Charter or group booking deposits are fully refundable up to four weeks (28 days) prior to sailing date.
Important notice to all passengers
Neither the Company, it’s servants and agents, nor the vessel shall be liable for any loss of or damage to the property of any passenger or for the death of or personal injury sustained by any passenger wheresoever arising and howsoever caused, and even though the same be caused or contributed to by the act, neglect or default of any servant or agent of the Company vessel.
